Gypsum Retarder for Self-Leveling Compound

The primary binder, hemihydrate gypsum, reacts extremely fast with water and typically sets within just a few minutes, which makes it impossible to meet the operational requirements of large-scale mixing, pumping, and leveling. Our specially developed retarder precisely controls the setting time, allowing sufficient flow and self-compacting to achieve a smooth, high-strength self-leveling compound. Unlike tartaric or citric acid, it improves gypsum crystal morphology, effectively extending workability while preserving final strength.

Superplasticizer for Gypsum Self-Leveling Compound

The gypsum itself has a low theoretical water demand,while gypsum self-leveling requires high fluidity, but adding excess water to improve flow increases porosity, which sharply reduces the hardened strength.

Superplasticizers efficiently disperse gypsum particles, allowing a significant reduction in water-to-gypsum ratio while maintaining excellent flowability. This produces a dense microstructure, resulting in significantly higher final strength.

Defoamer for Gypsum Self-Leveling Compound

During mixing and pouring, gypsum self-leveling compounds can trap significant amounts of air，leading to strength reduction and surface defects. Defoamers suppress foam formation and quickly break existing bubbles, enhancing density, improving strength, and delivering a smooth, flawless surface.
